Please note that we only ship to Australia (including Norfolk Island) and New Zealand.
If your order is received before around 1 p.m., and the items you have ordered are in stock, your order will generally be shipped the next day.
About 90% of orders are shipped directly from stock. When shipped you will receive a message notifying you that your order has been completed.
If your item is on order or out of stock we will notify you and ask you whether you wish to place it on back order, or cancel and receive a refund.
All items (excluding BBQ and smokers) are sent by Australia Post eParcel. Quoted freight items will be sent by nominated freight forwarders.
BBQs and smokers are sent by road freight. You should use an address where you will be present during business hours as you will need to sign for your package. If you are not present, a re-delivery will need to be arranged and you may be charged a fee for this.
