Mad Hunky Jerky Mix

Description

The Mad Hunky Original Jerky Cure/Spice is a mild flavored savory mix and contains 2 packages; 1 seasoning pack and 1 salt/cure pack.  It is made for 5 pounds of meat and should not be divided or split up.

If you desire more heat, sprinkle meat with pepper before drying/smoking.  Feel free to add ingredients to the liquid, but be mindful of anything salty.  It is recommended that the product should be brought to 160 deg.F (165 deg F for poultry) during the process. Be sure to read all package instructions and follow proper food handling protocol
